How do consultations work?
Once you have signed up for one of the package options, the next step is to fill out the survey and tell us about your wants and needs with these areas of concern. We will reach out to schedule a virtual consultation via Google Video or phone call, to go over details and plans.
Once I purchase items, who tracks the delivery.
Once items are purchased, customers will receive shipping and delivery details. While our team can assist with tracking, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to monitor their orders.

We provide online design services and expert product placement guidance. Any installation or assembly is the client's responsibility.
Can the consultation be completed through phone call or email instead of video?
Yes, we are happy to accomodate. Even though we love interacting with our clients through video to make it a more personal experice, we understand that, that may not be a preferred method of communication for some.
